1/ CB2 Fav coffee mug- CB2 oversized mug with square handle for an americano with Oatly oat milk. Too much vs not enough. This size mug with a comfy handle gets me excited to wake up and handle business.

 2/ Laird's Activate Prebiotic daily greens- 18 superfoods, functional mushrooms, shilajit, and prebiotics in the refreshing taste of blueberry, acai, and lemon I find this daily ritual of putting a scoop of daily greens into water or a smoothie helps with my overall health and wellbeing, and I notice the difference.

3/ Canson Sketchbook- Sketchbook are the most important thing I own!! I keep all my thoughts, plans, drawings here, and start the day drawing out and developing ideas to eventually make them a reality. Goals written down are better than floating around in your head:).

4/ Training gear - garmin fenix 6 s is with me at all times. I keep track of my training workouts, steps, weather, time, etc, it’s great and replaced my cycling computer for most days to keep a lower profile and track my whole day rather than just one activity. Rapha mtb lightweight trail jacket is my favorite training jacket to block wind and the chill, sis gels, picky bar mint for a good balanced of real food while training. red bull for focus and extra energy as a mid day pick me up, or a 1/4 can before my events.

5/ Camelbak eddy stainless steel water bottle never leaves my side! I found with the flip top bite valve I drink more water than having to unscrew a cap. Hydrate or die.

6/ Smith bobcat riding glasses- made for smaller faces, having clear vision and protected eyes means a lot in my world:)

7/ Hyperice viper foam roller and recovery tools - Rouge mobility ball, rad roller- Every night I wind down with stretches and foam rolling to make sure my body feels good for the next day. Multi tasking while watching some tv.

8/ Mint tea- Flying bird botanicals is my favorite brand of tea. I love hot drinks, and mint is the perfect bed time brew after dinner for aided digestion and a fresh feel.

9/ Lavender linen spray- I travel with a linen spray, my own pillow, and a small Rumple travel blanket to sleep better and have a familiar feel, smell, comfort routine. Often a bad hotel pillow or weird smell can disrupt sleep, so bringing these items are hacks that I have used throughout my career to control the controllable and sleep the best:)
